•1. Are the chauffeurs certified?
Yes, our chauffeurs are certified at a minimum level of CCV-D1 and also undergo thorough screening. A pre-employment investigation forms part of the selection procedure. Our chauffeurs are representative, discreet and are able to converse at an appropriate level. You can rest assured you will be in good hands.

•2. Does EPSI have the required licences?
Yes, EPSI is a Ministry of Justice-recognised security organisation with registration number ND 1515. We also hold a licence to offer a taxi service.

•3. I need a chauffeur to drive my own car for me. Can you arrange that?
Yes, our private chauffeurs can also be hired without a vehicle. We will drive you to your destination in your own car, at very attractive rates. Please contact us for further information.

•4. Do your cars have blue number plates (taxi number plates)?
Yes, our cars have blue number plates. This means that we satisfy all the requirements of a regular taxi company. However, our cars are not instantly recognisable as taxis. They bear no company name, stickers or other advertising, and nothing on the inside would suggest that it is a taxi either. Discretion is a priority.

•5. Can I also arrange special vehicles through EPSI?
Yes, that is no problem either. In principle we can supply all types and makes, even armoured vehicles. Call us for an offer, with no obligation!
